The Middle Way

Ajahn Brahm gives a light-hearted and humorous talk on the 'Middle Way', a central theme in Buddhism. With jokes and stories he explains the avoidance of extremes in everyday life, and the importance of what we put into the space between us and others. He takes this deeper into what we put into the space between our self as observer and that which we observe.

Ajahn had just returned that afternoon from a 27-hour journey from teaching in Oslo.

Due to a technical glitch, we apologise as there will be no video published on Youtube this week.
