Ayya Santacitta Ayya Santacitta practices meditation since 1988 and is co-founder of Aloka Vihara, a Theravada monastic residence for women in San Francisco. She has trained as a nun in both the East and West, primarily at Amaravati Monastery from 1993-2009 and received bhikkhuni ordination in 2011. Ayya Santacitta's Website
